Description du poste : JOB SUMMARY The Sr Marketing Supervisor will be primarily responsible for leading and implementing the Swiss annual marketing plan and driving awareness and adoption of Medtronic Diabetes products and therapies in Switzerland.
These include insulin pumps, glucose monitoring, software and consumables product lines.
The job entails working closely with the Swiss sales and customer service teams, the Regional Marketing team, Supply Chain operations in Western Europe and the Business Unit headquarters in Switzerland.
The holder of this position will also have direct people management responsibility. For more than 25 years, Medtronic has been a pioneer in diabetes management.
Our insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring systems allow patients to track and manage their glucose levels all day, every day -
helping them lead a full, active life.
Our products can help patients improve their diabetes management and lower the risk of long-term complications. MAIN JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the Associate Marketing specialist and Marketing & Sales assistant (direct people management)
Based on the regional marketing plan, create, lead development and implementation of local annual marketing plans aimed at driving awareness and adoption of Medtronic Diabetes Therapies;
Manage the Diabetes Product Portfolio and lead new product launches, and adapt / develop marketing and education materials aimed at healthcare professionals (HCP), sales team and patients -
including proof reading of materials translated from English;
Manage digital activities such as corporate website, eShop, social media - content planning and management, execution and community management;
Support the Business Unit Manager prepare regional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and other presentations for senior management;
Analyze patient consumption and identify opportunities (sales, communication);
Measure success of activities and keep track of main KPIs;
Create clear communication (ppt, newsletters) for the diabetes team, keeping them informed of main activities, market dynamic and product supply updates;
Define and implement patient and HCP communication strategy;
Connect with customers on a regular basis to understand market dynamics and needs;
Responsible for product forecasting and managing marketing budget;
Follow applicable Medtronic policies and procedures related to Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance;
Act according to the Medtronic Code of Conduct and the Business Conduct Standards. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor in Business or Health Science; Master's in business administration (with Marketing focus) preferred
4 - 7 years experience in sales / marketing
Mother tongue (Swiss-) German or French with fluent knowledge of the other language, working knowledge of English.
Able to host meetings in all three languages.
Italian is a plus
Proven success in launching products and managing life-cycle
Proven expertise in digital marketing (SEO, social media, google analytics, email marketing, content management etc) and / or an avid interest in / user of digital landscape and social media
