This position will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, assessment, and reporting of digital analytics across worldwide Digital Medical Affairs.
In addition, this position will be responsible for aggregating worldwide CPO (Country Pharma Organization) & Regional Digital Medical strategies, activities, and harmonize into a database.
S / he will be responsible for managing Digital Medical Operations including, but not limited to aggregating CPO & Regional medical activities, developing digital implementation infrastructure for the CPOs & Regions.
This role will also collaborate closely with GMA Governance, Compliance, and other stakeholders to establish Digital Medical Affairs framework to support the countries.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Assess current and future digital activities across worldwide Medical function and develop quantifiable and qualitative KPIs and baselines to evolve and assess impact / value of Digital Medical Affairs activities across the worldwide Medical function.
Develop and manage a real-time tracking & reporting mechanism to ensure constant access to Digital Medical Affairs activities across GMA and the CPOs.
Proactively focus on helping to build and evolve the Digital Medical Affairs strategy.
Operate as a Center of Excellence (CoE) for worldwide Digital Medical Affairs function across CPOs / Regions to ultimately drive, evaluate, and demonstrate impact & value proposition of all digital activities across the worldwide Medical Function.
Establish tools, guidance documents, survey data, and best practices across countries and regions ensuring consistency, access, etc, to assist countries in building Digital capabilities.
Partner across Digital Medical Affairs group to effectively manage Worldwide Digital Medical Affairs budget and allocation.
Develop and implement an effective communication and change management plan to ensure buy-in and action of global / regional / local stakeholders as required.
Collaborate with Procurement / Sourcing, Legal, and other functions, as it relates to process efficiencies for working with Digital companies or on Digital projects.
What you’ll bring to the role :
Strong experience in the healthcare industry and preferably in Pharma (minimum of 5-10 years)
Consulting experience prioritized; or strong operational & quantitative roles / experience
Demonstrated experience working for, or serving in the capacity of a Center of Excellence (CoE).
Digitally savvy, with solid understanding of traffic, conversion and optimization frameworks and tools.
Experience working with, or in, Procurement or Finance-related function preferred.
Highly result-driven mindset, with an ability to derive meaningful insights from data through testing and optimization.
Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate and engage at all levels within the organization, demonstrated leadership and influencing skills in a complex, multi-
cultural, matrix environment.
