Your field of responsibility

Join us as Senior Business Risk Manager for the EMEA Region, reporting to the EMEA Region COO. In this role, you will play an important role in risk and oversight topics for the new regional management for EMEA.

You will have the change to work on a broad range of risk related topics. This means supporting the regional management in taking care of the role as 2nd pair of eyes and preparing cases / information for client onboardings and transaction approvals as well as steering reviews of focus clients.

In addition, supporting country oversight, regulatory relationships and defining risk and control framework for the region as part of the book of work.

The role is highly collaborative with partners from various functions globally.

Your skills and experience

We search for an open-minded person, with the ability to perform excellent stakeholder management. You show a high degree of flexibility, the ability to cope with pressure and short deadlines, with a strong focus on quality.

Driving numerous topics in collaboration with multiple stakeholders in the business and corporate function space is what you enjoy and what motivates you.

University degree or equivalent (preferably in the area of business administration, economics or law)

Track record in Business Risk Management, Legal, Compliance or Audit

Ability to perform excellent stakeholder management and to establish and maintain trusted relationships at senior management level

Problem solver with professional work ethic, conceptual skills combined with the ability to make things happen

Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Hands-on personality with proactive solution-oriented approach

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to simplify complex issues

Fluency in English required, German is an asset but not a requirement
