We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Setting up project organization and governance for delivering the global implementation of system-based solutions and all required integrations (namely Workday and SAP) on quality / scope, time and budget.

Introducing Phenom People, i.e. configuration of this cloud solution for ABB for revamping ABB's career websites for optimum candidate experience, AI for automated matching of jobs and internal and external applicants.

Driving projects that will be globally revamping HR processes, organization and application portfolio and leading the company into a new era of doing HR which includes optimizing consumer-level user experience and automation.

Dealing with the change management challenges resulting from the need from cutting back and / or harmonizing current practices for achieving standardization.

Introducing RPA where needed for maximizing automation and building out the required internal organization and ensuring knowledge transfer for enabling ownership without consultants.

Ensuring audit compliance with Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other regulations for accessing to and use of personal data within the company.

Supervising project controlling and establishing governance for change requests, etc. and being a champion in innovation, efficiency and effectiveness.

Leading effectively through a performance management culture which will be driving the company's values and successfully meeting / exceeding all relevant targets and objectives within the business.

  • Graduate / post-graduate degree in Business Management, HR, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of work experience and knowledge in several fields of HR IS (Human Capital Management Systems, HCM), HR Master Data, People Analytics, HR Business Processes in roles at large technological and industrial companies with complex organizations and multi-cultural management.
  • Strong communication skills to influence HR and business leaders towards common solutions (standardization) while maintaining the outside-in approach (customer-orientation).
  • Ability to structure and convey complex messages and insights into meaningful recommendations and actions.
  • Collaborative working style appreciating the inclusion of geographies, levels, functions and cultures and developing others.
  • Professional proficiency in English, MS Office, digital collaboration tools / platforms.
