To this end, VF has invested into CRM and Loyalty technologies and is planning to further expand.We are seeking a senior project manager with multi-year experience with loyalty and / or customer relations management (CRM) applications, including customer database management solutions, consumer engagement programs, email marketing campaigns, contact management systems.
The role will act as lead and be the central point of contact for Loyalty capabilities expansion in Europe.Primary accountabilities :
Work closely with business representatives to define use cases and priorities to support growth with an ROI centric approach
Plan and execute the Loyalty capabilities road-map / priorities within the overall technology framework of VF. This may include multiple projects running in parallel.
Contribute to design the solution to meet the business requirements
Communicate, collaborate and coordinate across digital technical teams, regionally and globally, as well as with executive and management stakeholders, regarding status, technical issues and solutions
Manage relationship with key third-party suppliers, coordinating work among them, both on the product road-map and on technical daily management
Ultimately deliver successfully on new Loyalty features and enhancements
Once solutions are delivered :
Oversee and manage the application life-cycle and product functionality, ensuring at all times that the business users will make the most out of the implemented investments
Facilitate and propose continuous improvement within the environment
Promote the adoption of best practices and standardised procedures across brands
Apply skills to respond to business challenges and technical issues with solutions and / or workarounds.Requirements technical skills :
Master-level Degree in computer science, computer technology or related
Has worked previously as Project Manager or enterprise architect in CRM / Loyalty related projects
Proven knowledge of project management methodologies application, ideally of Agile and Continuous delivery frameworks
Three to five years of business experience (technical or business consulting preferred) in a retail environment
Knowledgeable of business-related software systems (CRM, Loyalty, POS, CMS, SFA, etc.)
Broad technical background comprising a variety of technologies, with any past or present programming ability a plus, especially related to API’s.
Understanding and insights on integrating different systems and security suppliers landscape
Preferred hands on expertise on Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing CloudRequirements personal skills :
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a distributed and highly virtual environment
Good organisational skills : ability to prioritise tasks, manage parallel tasks and switch quickly from one topic to another, able to prioritise tasks effectively
Business acumen to support the business decision and work with senior business leaders
Self-managing and self-motivating : solving problems with limited supervision and with a high degree of success, seeking out consensus and issue resolution actively
Resistance to fast pace and high demand environment
