My duties

  • Develop sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area with your superior
  • Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends, analyze market data, keep statistics and report on sales progress, competitor and customer activities to your superior
  • Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business
  • Organize and conduct visits to existing and prospect customers
  • Build annual budget and reports on progress towards sales KPIs
  • Maintenance of the CRM System and work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director Europe
  • My qualifications

  • CFC in Commercial Business or Technical field, the Federal Diploma of Higher Education Sales / Marketing would be beneficial
  • Profound relevant experience in a similar position for investment goods industry, ideally in the European market
  • Excellent written and spoken French, German and English language skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM (Salesforce) and social media
  • Your strong communication and negotiation skills allow you to collaborate effectively with our customers and you enjoy working in a multitasking environment
  • Excellent organization skills, results-oriented and strong team spirit
  • Ability to travel frequently 30%-40% of the time
