In this role your main tasks will be :

  • Responsibility for the weekly and monthly steering and reporting of sales performance and risk management of the front units within our Market Area
  • You will provide an excellent support to the Market Area Head, Team Leaders, RMs and ARMs in running and further developing the business as well as achieving scoreboard targets (e.
  • g. pricing, sales activity planning, risk reviews, team book-keeping, budgeting, cost controlling, trainings, internal communication)

  • The opportunity for you to contribute to key strategic initiatives to further develop the Market Area franchise
  • Daily you will be in touch and collaborate with Market Area internal and external stakeholders (especially Business Area COO, Advisory & Sales, Market Management Marketing, Legal & Compliance)
  • You will have management attention, networking and opportunities for personal and professional development and build positive relationships across the bank and industry

  • You Offer

  • Banking apprenticeship with further education or University Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent)
  • We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of work experience in a controlling function or in a controlling and / or analytical role
  • Knowledge in Credit Suisse Private Banking processes, products and applications is beneficial
  • You love to apply your high client- and service- orientation and efficient and well-structures working style
  • In your previous roles you have shown your high motivation as well as excellent team skills but also your ability to receive and deliver feedback within the team and influence different levels of seniority
  • Besides your analytical strengths you describe yourself as a flexible and proactive person who has the energy to cover multiple topics and deliver on challenges outside of regular activities
  • You are dedicated to take responsibility and you feel comfortable to maintain the highest standards with respect to our risk and control culture and in order to meet bank's policies and obligations
  • Excellent MS-Office applications skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English is required. If you also speak German, Polish or Hebrew this would be a plus
