Verity has assembled a strong, interdisciplinary team of engineers with a track record of delivering cutting-edge autonomous indoor drone systems.

We are now looking for a Head of Engineering to lead and structure this team of software, mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers and to take it to the next level.

Included in this are structuring processes, mentoring existing team members, and growing the team. The successful candidate will also participate in the development of an ambitious, multi-faceted technology roadmap, and will be responsible for the execution of the roadmap while maintaining an engineering culture that focuses on quality, reliability, and employee fulfillment.

This position will directly report to the CTO and require close coordination with other members of the company leadership team to continually align engineering activities with short-term and long-term company objectives.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership excellence, ideally in an interdisciplinary engineering environment.
