Within the Commercial Sales Group, we are looking for a Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Zurich.

Key responsibilities

Your role will involve delivering technical solutions that address customers’ varying needs, either working independently or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions. You will :

  • Provides product and specific expertise as well as technical validation; for our server, storage and networking solutions.
  • Promotes and positions key strategic product and service offerings.
  • Own account sets and / or be called into accounts as opportunities are identified.
  • Acts as a technical resource to support the sales organization to meet and / or exceed their objectives.
  • Identifies customer needs / requirements, and recommends the appropriate products and solutions.
  • Remains up-to-date on new product, technology, and services offerings; assists the on-going education of the broader team.
  • Stays current on industry and vertical solutions.
  • Essential requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
  • Experience working in a (technical) sales environment
  • Some / solid / extensive / substantial experience in a technical role that shows knowledge of multi-platform hardware and software solutions
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and organisational skills
  • Language skills : English and German Fluent in speaking and writing.
