Your responsibilities :
Our role is a unique blend between strategic, operational and leadership experience. As head of capabilities building and customer experiences;
We see you as role model of understanding countries dynamics to drive operational tasks like selling model, coaching tool and align promotional materials with the new selling model
While you need to use your strategic background to join efforts with countries / clusters and work on segmentation and targeting, launch readiness preparation and addressing areas of improvements in our capabilities through best utilization of curricula, to name a few
Leadership muscles will be much flexed while aligning with counterparts in countries and regions cross divisionally and cross geographies, initiating and leading task forces within EGM and influence Global Oncology functions in sales, marketing and cross functional leaders through contributing to projects like harmonized CRM systems from inception to implementation
A customers' experience champion who’s passionate about customer journey and insights generation, a leader who shares a vision (and able to implement it) to shaping the way we interact with customers, structure ourselves, drive business and the way we launch our brands.

What you’ll bring to the role :
10 years of broad pharma (preferably in Oncology / Specialty) operational marketing and sales experience with special focus on developing people capabilities and managing talents.
Proven successful leadership experience, ideally in mid-size country or cluster as Franchise Head, head of sales or head of commercial excellence.
Strategic mindset with a multi-brand perspective and resources allocation background.
Previous experience leading sales and marketing teams, including launch exposure with new products or line extensions.
Cross-cultural experience, having already worked / lived in more than one country / culture
Desirable requirements :
Knowledge of Oncology portfolio and some EGM markets.
Previous training experience is an add-on.
