The Product Manager, Non Invasive Monitoring is responsible for downstream marketing activities of Masimo products, solutions and services in Europe, as well as for the management of country or market segment specific assigned projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop, recommend and execute marketing plan including Marcom Plan and Multi-Channel Optimization plan for assigned product lines, solutions and services, working closely with the marketing director Europe, each Country and the corresponding stakeholders.
Work closely with Global marketing teams to develop and execute Launch plans in Europe for assigned portfolios.
Develop Market Intelligence reporting documents, perform deep and thorough sales, market and data analysis, recommend market segmentation, targeting and positioning at a country level and care areas level.
Manage product launch activities, such as pre-launch marketing and field activities, pre-release customer site planning and implementation, management of demos, samples, evaluations and promotional materials and activities, as needed.
Support upstream projects as needed.
Define and engage Key Strategic Opinion Leaders related to the assigned projects. Assist or lead specific projects supporting the coordination of speakers’ activities, medical education events and programs such as, but not limited to, scientific advisory boards, scientific symposia, pre-course workshops, industry led workshops, and a wide variety of related activities.
Develop and implement programs at an International level as well as at country level.
Define, Recommend, Develop and Assist / Execute specific high priority projects such as defining targeted audiences, best venues for specific digital campaigns and branding.
Develop programs to maximize customer engagement and lead generation, in Europe and at a Country specific level. Track, document and report statistics and results from each initiative implemented, manage and assign leads within CRM systems, reporting results in time.
Assist or manage sales & marketing events in Europe and at a country specific level. Assist or manage timely planning and implementation of promotional activities.
Manage marketing and congress & events equipment and related logistics corresponding to the product lines, technologies and services assigned.
Coordinate, lead and develop Market Access Strategies and Processes, working closely with all corresponding stakeholders.
Lead and coordinate project assignments, including specific communication strategies and project implementation, working closely with Europe & International Marketing teams and Country based teams.
Work closely with all Stakeholders from the different cross functional areas, relevant to the assigned projects.
Proficient or rapidly become proficient in CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
Write and proofread documentation as needed.
