Description du poste : WE RECRUIT The principal mission is to oversee and to support Richemont in implementing suitable and sufficient management systems in alignment with the overall Group Health, Safety, Environmental & Wellbeing strategy and programme.

The management systems must mitigate the risk for :

  • Wellbeing Scope
  • All Richemont operations globally.
  • Topics to include : o Health o Safety o Environment o Wellbeing KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Management :

  • Supervise, coordinate and support regional, local & Entity HS managers & representatives.
  • Identify, promote and coordinate Health, Safety, Environmental & Wellbeing (HSEW) projects.
  • Oversee and support incident response arrangements - related to HSEW.
  • Liaise with other functions as required to support the wider HSEW agenda and ensure alignment.
  • Communicate Group HSEW plans and objectives and ensure alignment with Regional / Entity plans. Management systems :
  • Ensure that Richemont monitors HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) regulatory compliance.
  • Communicates all findings, concerns, and deficiencies to the responsible managers to effect timely and necessary corrections.

    Develops and implements strategic solutions that will support management's efforts to improve and maintain compliance as required.

  • HSEW management systems, defined by the HSEW community are implemented locally.
  • Implement and supervise risk assessments methodology ensuring that risks have been identified, evaluated and correctly mitigated according to the Group strategy and standards.
  • Provide guidance to local HSEW managers / representatives with regard to the implementation of process of continuous improvement for HSEW. Intra-Department :
  • Monitors injury, illness, and incident related performance within the geographical / contractual area of responsibility.
  • Monitor performance for trends or other indicators of improving or degrading incident performance, and develop and implement strategic solutions that will improve the performance results as required.

  • Coordinates and oversees all corporate HSEW (Health, Safety and Environmental) initiatives, and communicate all corporate HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) priorities in a manner that effectively drives program consistency and effectiveness across the account, market area, or geographical region of responsibility.
  • Participate to the proper functioning of the PS&HS Group Department and its strategy by providing feedback on the Regions' needs, proposing new projects and ideas for development.
  • Participate in the preparation and organization of the PS and HS committees. YOUR PROFILE :
  • 10 years' experience in HSEW Management

  • Degree qualified -in a HSEW related subject
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
  • Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style.
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics.
  • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and other stakeholder groups to take desired action.
