From this, you design and implement customer-specific solutions that inspire users. You accompany our customers throughout the entire value chain.
With your sound experience in business and IT processes as well as in technology, you are a competent contact person for all stakeholders.

Why you succeed
Degree (ETH / Uni / UAS) in computer science or equivalent professional experience
Many years of professional experience in software development (SQL, Java, XML and web-based technologies) or application management
Several years of experience in solution design, analysis of processes and organizations, as well as implementation of ESM solutions (ServiceNow preferred or comparable to BMC Remedy or EasyVista)
Good knowledge of business processes of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and mastery of IT System Management (ITSM)
Experience in project work and knowledge of agile development methods
Enthusiastic personality with excellent presentation and communication skills
Very good German and good English
