You build winning relationship with suppliers, define new and creative sourcing strategies, and lead change with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

In this role, you drive the development of best practices for spend categories to leverage global scale, maximize total cost of ownership savings and enable procurement value contribution.

A deep understanding of business needs, supply market insights, risks and opportunities, are necessary to help deliver business goals.

How you will contribute

To help Mondelēz International achieve a sustainable competitive advantage, you will apply your knowledge of business strategy for each market, defining sourcing strategies and leveraging the supplier landscape.

You will deliver on global, region, or country specific needs, including productivity, cash, quality, service, supplier relationship management, innovation, well-being and sustainability.

In addition, you will regularly interact with multiple key stakeholders at global and local levels to achieve business goals, manage supplier relationships, leveraging global scale with a mindset of value and return on ROI, simplify the spend category to ensure compliance with policies and processes to deliver key procurement targets (i.

e. productivity, cash flow, on time delivery), manage risk and business continuity, and recruit, retain, develop and effectively manage a team of direct and indirect reports who lead and implement key sourcing strategies globally and / or regionally.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategy for Corporate & Professional services packages (Travel, Company Vehicles, Consulting, Contractors, R&D services, Financial services, HR services, Events & Sponsorship) in partnership with senior regional / global stakeholders (VP, SVP, EVP).

  • Deliver AC Productivity + Cash Targets. Partner with business to develop + drive 3 Year roadmap to deliver business expectations in Revenue Growth + Margin.
  • Lead effective negotiation strategies to maximize outcome of strategy execution. (e.g. pre-alignment, objective setting, timelines, tactics / levers)
  • Lead contract implementation and drive contract compliance as per global procurement policies
  • Develop sourcing strategy to maximize overall End-to-End Value (e.g. productivity, cash, revenue, supplier selections, risk management)
  • Communicate and align strategy with category, global and regional cross functional teams
  • Provide market and supplier insights to maximize opportunities
  • Analyze spend data and understand business needs
  • Drive Excellence in Supplier relationship mgt . Establish Mutual Value Propositions & Relationship governance framework for critical vendors.

    Embed strong foundation in Compliance, Risk management, Sustainability +

    Economic Inclusion & Supplier Diversity EISD . Partner with business to define future desired state + agree building blocks / roadmap to get there.

    Lead EISD agenda Globally for Indirects

    Lead team of Regional + Global Sourcing managers . Inspire, lead & coach team to maximize growth potential.

    Contribute to high performing Global Business Services leadership team >

    come the Team of Choice for our colleagues, stakeholders & suppliers.

    Lead Global ZBB Governance with Business for all Global Business Services spend packages.

    Contribute to Business Services Data strategy. Increase adoption of Leading-Edge sourcing techniques including Digital rate card, E-auction, Parametric Bidding within CPS.

    Bring Outside In : Be active externally, be curious + learn from others, challenge the norm & benchmark.

    What extra ingredients you will bring :

  • University degree
  • Expertise and in-depth experience of procurement processes, ideally for corporate & professional services
  • Outstanding ability to influence business leadership and multifunctional teams
  • Ideally experience in a similar leading role in an international environment, within the consumer goods industry
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong leadership, coaching nd motivating skills
  • Fluent English language skills
  • The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
