With more than 200 professionals, our Investment Solution department is in charge of providing sophisticated and personalized investments proposals to our private clients, within this context we are looking for a Sustainability Analyst with a focus on Equity in Geneva .

Today, we live in an economy that is characterised by value destruction. It is wildly unsustainable in the way people consume, produce, and organise their lives.

We believe our fiduciary duty is to help our clients mitigate the risks and capture the investment opportunities associated with this transition towards a CLIC™ economy, and we look at the sustainability of a company's business model in the context of the this transition.

How well is the company positioned to take advantage of the opportunities the transition presents? This forward-looking analysis is a critical step in understanding whether the company's performance is repeatable and sustainable over the long term.

Your mission

  • Conduct industry and value chain analysis to select and curate a high conviction investment universe of investable companies
  • Conduct competitive analysis and peer group analysis
  • Maintain research databases and processes used to identify investments opportunities
  • Produce investment research papers and presentations focusing on trends and investment consequences
  • Establish and maintain a research list of sustainable companies to buy (solution providers and / or companies on an aggressive path towards transitioning their business model to align with the CLIC™ economy)
  • Desired profile

  • University degree, preferably in finance or quantitative subjects, CFA preferred
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a sustainability / research analyst
  • Demonstrated experience in sustainability topics
  • Team spirit, excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Fluent in English, French a plus
