MISSION :
Sharing our passion for Belle Haute Horlogerie
Achieving monthly and yearly turnover targets
Building strong relationships with our local and international clients
Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by constantly going above and beyond
Representing the Maison and its values inside and outside the Boutique
Supporting vigorously all Boutique activities (incl. events and clients entertainment)
Contributing to the general administration of the Boutique in daily operations such as After Sales Service, stock handling, clients follow-up etc.
You will be successful in the role IF :
You are a dynamic, passionate and a self-driven Sales Person who wants to be an Ambassador of our prestigious Maison
You are result-oriented, efficient, focused on quality service and willing to constantly improve on what has been achieved
You are a true team player with strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal competences and empathy
THE REQUIRED TALENTS WE SEARCH FOR :
You are action oriented, assertive in negotiating and willing to close the deal
You hold a very good general education and sense for local and international etiquette
You have proven success and experience in luxury retail or hospitality
You are an excellent communicator, able to develop a local and international clientele by constantly nurturing relationships
You are organized and familiar with MS Office
You speak French and English (a third language is a strong plus)
