The Global Competency and Training Manager Executes competency management strategy to support maximizing the performance of all commercial profiles, including : sales, marketing and related commercial team members globally.
He Works closely with key Regional stakeholders across Franchises (e.g.
Franchise Heads, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Training) to ensure appropriate competency management strategy is implemented and executed effectively and consistently at region and country level globally.
Your key responsibilities includes :
Build competency assessment tools for field force, marketing and other key commercial roles consistently across the globe.
Execute assessments and identify key gaps in high priority competencies (those correlated to sales performance) of commercial teams to maximize commercial performance.
Consistently track and report on evolution of commercial competencies by franchise and geography and provide consulting and programs to remediate recurring issues.
Develop Commercial Excellence training content for all Customer facing roles.
Ensure the best tools and approaches are used for each training to maximize impact and minimize cost
Train and certify regional training managers on Commercial Excellence training content, processes and techniques to ensure consistent and effective deployment globally.
Consistently seek and integrate franchise and regional internal customer needs and feedback into all competency management tools and processes to provide continuous improvement in a structured and measurable manner.
Follow up and track on key commercial roles gaps development.
Ensure sales, marketing and other commercial teams have the most effective training content possible to maximize their performance
Ensure key competency voice of the customer (i.e.
sales reps) is clearly integrated in improving all processes related with Competency Management Description du profil : What we are looking for :
At least 3 years of consistent high performing experience in Healthcare Sales or Marketing.
Understanding of Commercial Excellence platforms (e.g.
Salesforce.com CRM systems, Pitcher, tablet hardware, analytics systems)
At least 3 years technical and commercial training experience with cross-functional background that includes business to business sales and marketing in a Region or cluster (in Med Tech company preferred)
Healthcare field sales experience preferred
Ability to persuade Region Leadership to implement Competency Management key projects with No Direct Authority
Bachelor degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, Science, or Health
Fluent in English, other major global languages are a plus
