A meaningful and broad position in the ITS Cross Asset Execution COO department which resides in the Global Markets division.
Cross Asset Execution is a global Execution provider to PB & WM clients, offering transaction advisory and financial market access through exchanges and broker relationships.
The opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the global execution business, with particular focus on International Locations and across multiple topics and projects.
These include : Business Development and Strategy : Define together with the desk heads a future business offering and ensure that the strategy is implemented;
New Business offering : Work with desk heads to drive new business and product initiatives; Automation : Manage projects to increase the automation of our desks.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to increasing the technology capabilities and future electronification of the Cross Asset Execution Business;
Regulatory projects : Collaborate closely and coordinate your work with the central organized project teams (MIFID II, FIDLEG) to determine the impact on our business in Zürich and across international locations
The chance to gain insights and develop capabilities in the area of Cross Asset Trade Execution by coordinating and regularly assessing processes in regards to achieving Best Execution (e.
g. in the context of FIDLEG and MiFID II) including subsequent documentation
The exposure to work with different international locations in Europe and the Americas. You will have close interaction with Senior Management in these locations and thereby have the chance to build a strong network across legal entities of the bank

A University degree or comparable education, e.g. apprenticeship with further qualifications
You can offer a minimum of 2-4 year’s work experience in banking ideally in the area of Regulatory Projects, Compliance or Sales and Trading
Basic understanding of securities products or capital market business is a plus
If you have a strong interest and have gained some experience in Bank regulatory topics in the context of Best Execution, Pre-
Trade Compliance this would be ideal
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with an interest and good understanding of technology
An ability to work independently and a drive to ensure implementation of complex projects and initiatives
An ability to operate in a multi-cultural work environment and collaborate closely with various stakeholders
From your daily work you are used to present and communicate on an advanced level in English and German (written and verbal), if you possess any other language skills this is considered is an asset
