Senior Manager Wholesale Marketing - THE NORTH FACE
We’re looking for an outstanding Senior Wholesale Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team of The North Face in Stabio.

What will you do?
The Senior Wholesale Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing best in class marketing support for strategic accounts and across all EMEA territories outside of the UK, Germany, Italy & France, from planning to execution, to gain market share and stand out from the competition.
This role requires a proven track record in project and people management with a structured approach to deliver fully comprehensive marketing plans / initiatives to drive sell through and customer satisfaction.
The objectives of this role are to strengthen brand health metrics, improve MROI results, increase sell through and make the brand a favored partner for our wholesale accounts.
We expect that our Senior Wholesale Marketing Manager will deliver unbeatable results whilst also fulfilling the following aspects of the role :
Create and develop wholesale marketing strategies with Wholesale Marketing Director to fulfill territory and strategic account needs, ensure consistency with EMEA strategies, and drive sell through across the wholesale channel.
Manage and execute wholesale marketing strategies, tactics, campaigns, tools and initiatives for the key wholesale accounts in all territories to fuel demand, raise brand awareness / engagement, drive traffic and increase conversion.
Collaborate with Marketing / Sales Strategic account director / Product / Retail / e-Commerce to deliver wholesale marketing solutions that are fully integrated into the overall marketing mix and supportive of our brand / business goals.
Track Strategic account and wholesale marketing activities / results and leverage insights to continuously improve wholesale marketing solutions.
Lead, coach and develop wholesale marketing managers, both from a structural and talent development standpoints.Manage and own Strategic account and wholesale marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve financial plans.
Track and monitor budget on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with company approved numbers.
What you need to succeed?
University Degree, Bachelor or Master level6+ years of experience in trade marketing / strategic account management for FMCG or major sports brand.
Deep understanding of The North Face brand with a passion for the outdoor and athletic industries.Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Notions of German, French, Spanish and Italian would be a plus.
