The Head of Employee Engagement, Content & Digital / Social Communications, Oncology Europe is responsible for developing plans, programs and content that energize associates and reinforce the Oncology Region Europe (ORE) culture movement aligned with our objectives and our mission of reimagining cancer care.
In this role, you will hold strategic responsibility, in alignment with the OLTRE (Oncology Leadership Team Region Europe) and partner with ORE Communications and Patient Advocacy Leadership Team to develop innovative internal communications strategies and tactics that drive employee engagement and business outcomes.
It will require close and proactive collaboration with Global Oncology Communications team and significant interaction with senior management including Head of ORE and the OLTRE.
You will be responsible for the management of executive communication to both internal and external audiences, providing communications counsel to ORE senior leadership.
In addition, you will be responsible for writing, editing and managing content on both internal and external digital and social media channels to attract talent and enhance our reputation as a top oncology company.
You will also take the lead on organizational and people announcements to be shared across the ORE and will be a member of the ORE Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT).
The position can be based either in Basel, Switzerland or in Origgio / Milan, Italy.
