Job description :
Realtime Interfaces (OLIF, TDI, IS, SMS, WDF)
Support bid projects, clarify requirements with internal stakeholders
Provide feature descriptions, interface specifications
Prioritize work packages for development
Validate implementation in development and system tests, including acceptance of deliveries
Support key customer projects from sales through execution to installation, including training
Product Development (estimation, specification, acceptance of deliverables)
Sales (bids, change requests)
Project Management (project commitments, support, training)
Service Desk (trouble shooting, support)

Your responsibilities :
Planning and Development
Prioritize product release content and provide guidance to development teams
Clarify functional requirements, support bid process and drive estimations together with development teams
Provide feature descriptions and interface specifications
Validate implementation during development cycle and in system tests
Represent the product at events (user conference, AK main, etc.)
Enable BU’s to successfully sell products in the market through up-to-date product materials (feature sheets, product brochures, presentations)
Enable BU’s by providing training in order to successfully deploy the products
Supervise and support key customer projects
Coordinate product related escalations and address quality topics
Follow regulatory requirements (VDV, etc.)
Your Competencies and Accountabilities :
Accountable as the representative of the product(s)
Responsible for product functionality and quality, enablement of all involved parties
Educational Requirements :
M.Sc. or B.Sc. in the field of computer science, information technology or similar
Your profile :
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
Software development experience with basic understanding of methods and processes in IT and communication
Excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written
Experience in the area of public transport is an additional advantage
