Your computer literacy and your language skills (German and English are a must and French desirable) will be essential for your work.

Do you already have sales or trade marketing experiences (support or coordination) in a multinational environment? Then you will be more than welcome, as we are looking for talents with different experience levels.

Main responsibilities

Being active member of an international Sales Operations team, focused on supporting the Key Account Management team with :

  • Operational and administrative support e.g. : Coordination the promotional processCreation of reports and presentationsSales documentsMaintenance of customer price lists and customer Master Data
  • Responsibility for the invoicing / budget management process
  • Coordination of external events (e.g. trade shows)
  • Act as link among multiple stakeholders (mainly Marketing, Customer Service, Finance and Master Data)
  • Use of all relevant tools and processes
  • Actively suggest improvements on the ways of working
  • Lead small scale projects for improving ways of working
  • Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and policies within own field of responsibility
  • Act as direct interface to customers, creating and sending offers, article fact sheets etc. in order to ensure a smooth execution of NPD (New Product Development) launches and promotions
  • Qualifications

  • Fluent German (spoken & written), good level of English and French (desirable)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG (Key Account Management and / or CS&L)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as commercial clerk
  • SAP knowledge desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple, internal and external stakeholders (customer, vendors etc.)
  • Solid educational background e.g. graduate of a University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule) or a commercial apprenticeship
  • The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
