Under the lead of the Global Group Brand Manager, the Global Brand Manager has the ownership of his / her product collection he / she is in charge of, including innovations, as well as global 360 Go-To-Market activation plans.

We look for someone with experience in product development for skin care.

Your Responsibilities

You manage and drive innovation from ideation to launch

  • Propose a 3-year innovation plan and provide strategic recommendations for your collection
  • Create and develop new innovative product concepts
  • Drive the product development process as per company process, fully respecting timelines, level of quality and luxury
  • Coordinate product development with the support functions (R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain )
  • Master all financial aspects of your projects (pricing, cost of goods, gross margin, discontinuation impact )
  • Deliver impactful and compelling presentations during strategic and marketing meetings
  • You design full 360 Go-To-Market activation for your programs

  • Propose inspiring creative and impactful big ideas in collaboration with the internal Creative Studio
  • Provide clear briefs and assure efficient, smooth communication and collaboration with the full 360 team (Studio, Education, CRM, Digital, Visual Merchandising, Communication and PR), from first kick off meeting until final execution in the markets
  • Develop all marketing books, support tools and assets accompanying the launch and provide timely information to regions on programs
  • Support regions implementing the Brand Luxury Execution across all touchpoints
  • Design distinctive and memorable client experiences
  • You conduct marketing analyses

  • Track collection performance and provide post-launch reviews
  • Track results of the 360 campaign plan with a full post mortem analysis
  • Screen competitive activity, detailed offer and launches including newcomers in the marketplace
  • Remain relentlessly up-to-date on future product and market trends, consumer insights in beauty and skin care as well as in the luxury industry and other industries of interest (art, design, hospitality etc.)
  • Stay on top of client experience, digital and media trends impacting the world of beauty and luxury
  • Your Profile

  • Min 5-7 years experience in product development for skin care (must have)
  • Sense and understanding for luxury products, knowledge of luxury client mindset and distribution
  • Creative thinker able to foster audacity and turn ideas into concepts
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Well-structured and excellent analytical skills, financial fluency, detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams in a multi-cultural environment
  • At ease with the digital consumer journey and ecosystem
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Fluent in English, spoken and in writing
  • Motivated to relocate to Zurich and embrace our Swiss brand values
