My Client is a Global Bank in need of an experienced Project Manager. For this job located in Zurich you will be part of the Compliance team covering all activities along the client lifecycle.
Key responsibilities :
Drafting and establishing concepts and plans
Analysing procedures and providing possible solutions
Managing different stakeholders and ensuring proper communication
Implementing and rolling out a new procedure based on an established Business Integration
PMO related tasks like providing status reports, organising meetings, writing meeting minutes etc.
Essential Experience / Skills required for this job :
5+ years’ experience in a PM role (preferably in the banking / financial industry)
Front to back process experience (entire lifecycle)
Excellence skills in PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot tables)
Strong analytical and conceptual skills to grasp and draft concepts
Experience and willingness to carry out the more administrative PMO tasks too
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , ability to communicate on senior level
Experience in Compliance is a plus
Fluency in English , German would be a plus
