To ensure that externally supplied processes, products and services comply with GFMS quality assurance requirements, we are looking for a :
Supplier Quality Engineer
Master and promote the AQPQ Process within the Organization, and make it understood at Supplier side based on supplier maturity level.
Deliver Initial Sample approval to each concerned plant according SQA Handbook, as well as monitoring for related commodity, probation period, corrective action at supplier, periodical audit.
Be role model in Problem solving logical thinking to secure root cause analysis and related lessons learnt.
Be the referent for establishing / challenging end-to-end Control Plan for his commodity.
Manage Non-conforming parts, ensuring Problem Solving logical thinking and tracking progress of Corrective Actions Requests at Suppler side.
Develop and capitalize knowledge for their own Commodity / ies scope.
Cooperate with R&D, Procurement, Methods, Experts and Plant Quality to ensure Quality Requirement are kept among the whole Supply Chain.
Participate and challenge with consistent arguments the sourcing decision.
Support Supplier Development and related improvement plan to fit GFMS Quality Requirements.
Education : Bachelor's or technical degree or equivalent background in the relevant Commodity
Experience : Sveral years of experience as Quality Control Inspector
Languages : English and Italian fluent. Other languages a plus
IT : MS Office, SAP ERP
Personal skills : Good in communication and negotiation. Used to work under pressure. Team player and problem solver.
