Your field of responsibility

Join us as Front Service Delivery (FSD) Officer in our business area Emerging Europe within the International Wealth Management division.

FSD is a recently created team of specialists supporting Relationship Managers and Client Managers. The team supports our colleagues with account openings, formalities throughout the lifecycle of a client as well as other critical front processes such as payments.

You will be part of an international and highly dynamic environment. Furthermore, you will closely interact with colleagues across our Business Area Emerging Europe (e.

g. Client Managers) as well as with specialists and stakeholders in other departments (e.g. Compliance, Divisional project teams).

Your skills and experience

We are looking for a candidate who brings along the following qualifications and experience

  • A banking apprenticeship or further education in Banking and Finance
  • You have an excellent performance record and a solid routine with internal tools
  • Minimum 2 years of initial work experience as an Assistant to Relationship Manager or Client Manager and profound knowledge of the Private Banking & Wealth Management area
  • Ability to quickly understand complex business topics, senior process know-how in payments, account openings, formalities handling etc.
  • You describe yourself as a team player with a high level of flexibility, initiative and enthusiasm. You have the willingness to act as a collaborative senior role model for Client Managers, being inspiring with your high motivation, outstanding service and client orientation
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. French and German would be an asset
