The IT department is part of the Central Services team, which supports the market-oriented divisions of the COMET Group.
It is responsible for the operation, maintenance and further development of Comet IT services, network and infrastructure.
Due to a vacancy opening up within our team, we are looking for a goal- and team-oriented personality for our Central Services at our location in Flamatt as a IT Business Analyst Salesforce (m / f) .
Your main tasks include the following activities :
Act as a partner to the business by supporting and further developing existing Salesforce features, ensuring that the solution is user-friendly and aligned to the evolving needs of the business
Liaise with relevant stakeholders and across different areas of the organization to understand the business context, define requirements, optimize / standardize relevant processes and independently develop proposed solutions
Make strategic and operational recommendations around product support, performance monitoring, use of tools and techniques, functional improvements and timelines
Use internal and external resources to design and deliver system changes that will enable us to enhance existing features and meet our business goals
Coordinate new developments, test and integrate new features
Identify and implement integration / interface opportunities between existing systems and tools
Be the single point of contact within the IT team for all matters relating to Salesforce, including system administration, user support, change requests, dashboards and reporting
Prepare training materials and train a community of Salesforce champions across departments to improve the usage and adoption of Salesforce functionality
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following with you :
Bachelor degree in sales or marketing
Salesforce Certification in the area of Sales Cloud Consultant and experience in administration, deployment, performance monitoring;
expert knowledge of Salesforce platform features, functionality and updates
Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing companies
Knowledge and experience in an international environment of project management tools and techniques
Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, solution design and documentation
Good oral and written English, German preferable
Desirable experience in replacing / integrating legacy IT Systems with Salesforce, as well as wider CRM administration & development background
