Your day-to-day responsibilities include
Detecting the needs coming from customers and resolving ones bring more value to the customers and to the company
Defining the scope and key features of the new needs to be implemented as part of the roadmap. Identifying the different impacts and getting dedication from different teams involved to set a realistic delivery date.
You grow and retain our accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients
Describing the product existing features and roadmap, adapting the speech and contents to the nature of the audience
Aligning with the other Product Managers to assure that the interdependencies of other solutions roadmaps are met, the product deliveries are not impacted and the company strategy is followed.
Understand the achievements, difficulties, delays, Updating the roadmap accordingly and sharing this information with the relevant customers in a transparent way

You own part of the roadmap, mastering it and making yourself accountable for communicating any change as soon as it is detected so it can either be avoided or it is well-justified to the impacted parties.
You will need good English proficiency for your job!
Your job will be focused on payment solutions. So, having a solid understanding on the Payment Industry is a must.
Ability to communicate efficiently impacts with different types of customers is required.
Motivation and passion for proactive learning about new topics and keep your knowledge updated is crucial.
Business related knowledge will be a real leverage for your daily work.
Some experience in programming and IT systems to deal with technical customers.
