JOIN THE APPLICATIONS SOLUTIONENGINEERING TEAM

Our SEs have specialist and industry knowledge to help our customersbuild their cloud journeys. In partnership with sales, we collaborate with ourcustomers to inspire them with an innovative solution roadmap to drive outstandingROI in their businesses.

This role will be aligned to ERP, SCM, EPM (ERPM pillar) in DECH. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Partner withSales Leadership teams across the entire Sales Cycle taking a leading role inaccount planning and customer strategy development
  • Manage and prioritise sales opportunities for a teamof individual solution engineers, located in different geographies.
  • Drive innovation and create high customer impact translatingOracle’s innovation into customer value
  • Build visibility and reputation for SolutionEngineering across different LOBs, functions and geographies
  • Drive the strategic growth of EMEA Applicationsthrough an active contribution to the SE Community
  • Lead and develop a high performing modern solutionengineering team– from both a product perspective as well as customerinteraction
  • Manage hiring needs and performance of the members ofthe team.
  • Engaging multiple cross functional resources pertainingto customer requests and product enhancements.

  • EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Extensive knowledge of businessapplications (preferably in ERPM
  • 5+ years of experience as pre-sales orimplementation consultant inenterprise transformation projects
  • Understanding of Oracle’s Cloudstrategy and the SaaS marketplace
  • Sales methodology knowledge, includingprocesses and disciplines
  • Ability to applytechnology to drive innovation, experience in utilising design thinkingand customer journey mapping a plus
  • Bachelors / Masters degree orequivalent desirable
  • Fluent in German and English (otherlanguages are a plus)
