The Project Manager has a significant role in team interactions, finding ways to improve and optimize teamwork, and in the same time remove impediments so the team can do their work more efficiently.
Project Manager is dedicated to maximizing the value and effectiveness of our delivery teams by bringing modern, innovative agile techniques and program management tools to follow the program key milestones.
He / she carries out the scheduling of the daily activities and facilitate the communication between the different parties (from engineering to production line).
Delivering Hardware and Software projects using agile methodologies while having very good understanding of the entire Product Development Life cycle and / or customer specific development
Facilitating scrum processes and release planning process
Daily coordination and involvement in scrum ceremonies with the development team, Product Owner, System engineers, SW Architect, developers and other teams
Provide support during program proposal efforts in determining WBS, level of effort, resource planning and cost.
Initiate, lead and support storage Engineering programs utilizing Eaton’s Prolaunch Agile process
Establish objectives and goals and provides direction to the project team members in areas of project execution,
Maintain and report applicable metrics for programs, e.g. quality, technical performance, and readiness levels (technology, commercial, manufacturing).
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and ensuring information distribution to the right recipients

Good experience in IT and Product development (this job may require 30% dedicated to Scrum activities and 70% to Project Management)
Education : Engineer, M.S. or equivalent (BAC +5) in a technical domain
Experience with issue tracking systems : JIRA, or other tools
Experience with Energy domain (ideally Energy Management System and / or development of electrical solution like storage system or renewable energy systems)
Experience with Scrum of Scrums and Release Planning and Certification for Scrum Master is a plus
MS Project experience
Knowledge of HW power electronic boards
Analytical skills for problem solving with focus on simple solutions
Good written & oral communications skills
Good presentation skills (to Top Management)
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate in English (French is a clear advantage)
Willing to work in international environment.
