Senior Account Manager (f / m) 80-100% - Region Central Glattpark (Opfikon - Zürich) Duties and responsibilities :
Acquisition of new accounts to reach annual OYOV / GA sales target according to Sales Plan, in the area of Carrier Services
Management of customer relation until the service is successfully implemented and stable (billing and operations), and handed over the CRM team.
Taking care of all incoming sales leads in the target market
Performing own active acquisition through prospection
Understanding customer needs and developing adapted proposals in cooperation with pre-sales team
Presenting adapted products and services to existing / potential customers and assists them in selecting / ordering those best suited to their needs
Collecting clean orders and ensuring clear communications internally and externally during all the sales process
Professional Leadership of the region
Performance and Pipeline management for the region
Creation of action plans and strategies for the region
Training new emploees and coaching existing
At least 5 years of sales experience
Fluent in German and English
Customer Oriented person with high interpersonal skills
