  • You are responsible for leading the Branded Content Creation team that consists of experienced editors and content managers
  • You provide personal and functional leadership, ensure the development of the team members and position the team
  • You position the Group Strategic Content organization within the bank and continue to develop the content strategy as a member of the management team
  • You execute the content strategy by developing and implementing content concepts for strategic brand topics, pinnacle events or key publications
  • You have the chance to activate the brand by creating relevant content and thereby ensure target group specific channels, messages or narratives
  • You lead content related projects or handle the content related part in cross-divisional projects
  • You generate new ideas and find new angles to communicate in a way that shows a deep understanding of the uses of different online communications channels
  • You cooperate and work collaboratively with divisions, regions, countries, and research to identify and generate relevant and comprehensive content on the corporate level (providing an integrated content planning)
  • Ensure a consistent style and tone of voice in content produced for the Group
  • Open to discussing flexible / agile working
  • You Offer

  • University degree and a minimum of 6 years’ experience in content creation, communications and / or journalism
  • Shown managerial experience leading a team of experts in a dynamic environment
  • Proven experience in executing a content strategy
  • Storytelling expertise and the skills to translate complex topics and concepts into engaging messages for a broad variety of digital channels
  • Deep understanding of critical metrics for digital content and ability to draw credible conclusions
  • Interest in global issues and international affairs; good understanding of business and economics
  • Structured, proactive working style that is result driven and a conceptual way of thinking and expression
  • Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines as well as strong editing and proofreading skills, with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to provide direction and foster consensus across groups to gain trust and build up efficient relationships
  • Dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude that likes to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
  • Excellent English (preferably native speaker) and German, any other languages is a plus
