As the Strategic Project Delivery Manager, you are part of the Global Procurement organization and will report directly to the Strategic Project Delivery Lead.
You will oversee and execute transformational projects in coordination with Strategic Project Delivery team members and stakeholders to realize critical deliverables for the Global Procurement organization.
Global Procurement is a key function that delivers value to Roche by leveraging market knowledge, subject matter expertise and business insights in the procurement of goods and services and the management of Roche’s third party spend.
Through collaboration with our external suppliers and internal business partners, Global Procurement helps bring innovative tests and medicines to patients.
The Strategic Project Delivery Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing cross-functional teams to realize benefits and deliver on the Global Procurement Strategy.
While directing a team of experts, this role is responsible for completing project activities and developing deliverables against strategic and transformational projects that are part of Strategic Project Delivery project portfolio.
This includes creating, completing and tracking detailed project plans, managing and driving project change management efforts with stakeholders, effectively leading and facilitating project meetings as well as proactively controlling project scope, risks and issues.
In day to day operations, time and effort is required to manage a moderate number of cross-divisional global, regional and local procurement stakeholders.
The Strategic Project Delivery Manager works with a broad range of functional stakeholders.
Your responsibilities :

Prepare required project inputs to Strategic Project Delivery Lead to track Transformation progress and contribution to Global Procurement Strategy.
Manage and report on project progress and status to Strategic Project Delivery Lead and relevant PMO or portfolio management counterparts.
Identify and provide the most important change impacts to stakeholders, ensuring organization impacts are known.
This position is not eligible for relocation.
