Smart. Nimble. Strategic. Enthusiastic. Tenacious. Driven to Win. The Microsoft Western Europe Marketing and Operations Organization (M&O) is looking for you to lead growth and drive digital transformation for our customers in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business.

The Business Applications M&O team is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance Go-to-Market Lead to drive outcome-based interactions with our customers across our various sales and marketing channels, serve as an active voice in the market, and accelerate market share growth.

The Dynamics 365 Finance GTM Lead will maintain a 360-degree view of business performance, orchestrate the GTM plan, develop and execute campaigns and programs specifically for targeted industries working closely with our sales teams to drive pipeline volume, velocity, and victories.

Responsibilities

  • Drive digital transformation for customers, who are seeking outcomes, delivering at the speed of demand through the right capabilities, right place, right time and right partner.
  • Provide deep customer insights, market insights, competitive insights, sales pipeline and performance data for our Finance Category to leadership as part of the rhythm of the business.
  • Mine these insights to develop breathtaking go-to-market campaigns to win market share and grow the business.

  • Create contemporary commercial tools, building on the Challenger mindset as a foundation, to effectively position Business Applications to CXOs to enable Outcome Selling in the field.
  • Creation or development of a market opportunity analysis, segmentation and targeting, and value propositions and positioning.
  • Proactively monitor the internal and external environment to anticipate opportunities. Seeks and seizes new opportunities and follows through to create impact.
  • Test, measure, and track effectiveness of launch of programs with the field and partners ensuring they land and deliver the expected outcomes;
  • apply learnings and insights to pivot, persevere, or double down.

  • Partner with peers to ensure communication and sales enablement is streamlined, simple, and effective.
  • Deliver Dynamics 365 growth and market share across our 12 countries.
  • Understands business priorities and propose investments for tailored offerings.
  • Applies knowledge in messaging, customer / partner advocacy, promotion, channel implementation, or field readiness to contribute to strategy and execution excellence
  • Develop strong partnerships across stakeholders and collaborate with others to validate and review long-range plans.
  • Orchestrate end to end all Resources & Engines impacting the Finance Category in order to exceed our business goals. The Finance GTM lead will look 360 into all areas part of the Go to Market to identify & find solutions for potential Gaps and Challenges, or to Accelerate & Promote areas of opportunity or overperforming.
  • Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications :

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing and / or sales required
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Proven strength in positions of sales, technical and / or change leadership
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of key Finance & ERP capabilities such as planning, forecasting, AR, AP, GL, financial accounting, and budgeting software is preferred
  • Deep knowledge of an industry is preferred
  • Experience delivering outcomes in ERP related topics is a plus
  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing and sometimes unpredictable work environment
  • Is self-aware and has negotiation and conflict-management skills
  • Results oriented team player who leads by example, holds him or herself accountable for performance, and takes absolute ownership
  • Analytical thinker with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate to evolving business needs
  • Experience in working with clients at the CXO levels with deep impact in industries is a plus
