As part of the R&D department at Nexthink, and reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, you will drive the software quality assurance transformation at Nexthink by leading the quality of the entire product.
The Software Quality Lead will lead by example and will help the teams to follow and implement best practices in the areas of testing frameworks, static analysis, performance tests, and application security (vulnerability scanning and penetration tests).
You will coordinate and follow up the QA work done by the different teams, assuring that we all move in the same direction and assuring the quality of the releases of the product.
You will also work as a bridge between Madrid and Lausanne teams regarding QA best practices.

Main Duties :

to-end work done by the QA teams (Madrid and Lausanne) and synchronize with them
