We are looking for a motivated, self-driven and positive personality. In this position, you will create the strategy for Service Parts.
You will lead, drive and coordinate dedicated categories together with the SCM organization. You will implement Turbo Charger Service SCM strategy, processes and initiatives related to the Supply Chain requirements.
Develop and implement a Supply Chain strategy for service only materials, together with the product group management
Gather market information on potential suppliers and product developments on needed categories
Analyze and recommend strategic in / out sourcing of suppliers / manufacturing processes
Create and execute category strategies for needed categories together with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization
Lead and drive projects in logistic environment within the service organization as well as towards the SCM organization
Main contact towards SCM for service interest "Account manager"
Bachelor or master’s degree (or similar), ideally combined with a technical education or experience in a technical area
At least 5 years professional experience in a strategic Supply Chain Management position in a multicultural environment
Experience in leading projects is necessary; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus
Excellent analytical capabilities to analyze category- / business-relevant supply markets
You are a team player and convince through independent work, resilient personality and sense of responsibility
Fluency in English and at least a good understanding of German language
