This role will support the Senior Manager for Digital Key accounts with their daily activities. The successful candidate will follow a range of tasks that will see them working cross departmentally engaging with customer services, merchandising, finance, sales, operations and marketing to ensure our key accounts receive the optimal level of service to help support the growth of the business.
He / she will work closely with the customer ref and will proactively monitor each accounts data and their portal / website to spot any potential issues or opportunity.
Monitoring of key account requests making sure they are adhered to on time
Sourcing and compiling of client’s product information requests
Selling campaign support
Liaise with Customer Services about orders, deliveries and samples management
Extraction of performance data
Monitoring client’s websites to assure product availability
Attend fairs and sales presentations
Experience : minimum 2 / 3 years of experience in key account management or digital environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Language skills : English required other foreign languages are a benefit
Computer skills : Advanced level of MS
Task management : ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver them on time
Personal attitude : proactive approach and high level of efficiency and accuracy.
