Patient Engagement Platform - Design Lead

As our successful Design Lead, you will be required to develop engaging experiences for the target use cases as part of the digital advisory board.

You will need to deeply understand the current user experience and how it can be transformed by the Patient Engagement Platform, this will be translated and handed to the development teams to be built into live products.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead design teams to provide engaging user experiences
  • Identifying end user needs through research (interviews, surveys, analytics, user testing); defining requirements for user experience;
  • and leading teams to deliver high quality digital experiences and artifacts (e.g., UX patterns, wireframes, prototypes, design systems)

  • You will work closely with product leads to design and deliver customer-centric user experiences
  • You will lead a team of UX / UI designers in providing engaging and intuitive user experiences for digital products
  • Lead user research, persona development, usability testing, contextual inquiry, task analysis and user interviews
  • Champion user-centred design practices when solving design requests and challenges
  • Constantly monitor analytics, customer feedback, digital entertainment leaders and best practices in order to practice insight-driven optimisation and innovation
  • Collaboratively work with product leads, product owners to understand their digital product road-maps and requirements and to ensure UX is tightly integrated into the road-maps
  • Work with cross-functional product development teams to build designs that meet those requirements including design specification documents, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc.
  • Develop, communicate and enforce user experience guidelines for each of our digital solutions
  • Evangelize user centricity and design thinking within the broader organisation
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology leaders to ensure successful development, release, and launch of world class product
  • Key skills required

  • Extensive design experience in a digital product environment
  • Proven experience leading teams to deliver high quality, consumer products on desktop, web and mobile platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent area
  • Experience with designing quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence
  • Graphical and Visual design skills, including hands on experience with diverse set of software such as Adobe suite, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Azure, or other tools for graphic design, visual design
  • Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A / B testing, rapid prototyping
  • Proven leadership experience in agile
  • Exceptional collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business
  • Strong communication skills with ability to articulate and optimise design based on the value to the user and the business
