The Department of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Bath is inviting applications for a full professorship in Analysis of Nonlinear Partial Differential Equations.
This opening follows the recent award of a Royal Society and Medlock Professorship to Manuel del Pino. Outstanding candidates from all areas of Analysis of Nonlinear Partial Differential Equations are encouraged to apply.
A second position in Analysis at the Lecturer / Senior Lecturer / Reader level (Assistant or Associate Professor) is advertised at https : / / www.

We particularly welcome applications from established Professors, as well as from Readers, Senior Lecturers and Associate Professors or equivalent who can demonstrate a significant upward trajectory.
The Department of Mathematical Sciences has over 70 academic staff from all areas of Mathematics. There are strong interactions between the Analysis group and other groups in the Department, including Algebra & Geometry, Numerical Analysis and Scientific Computing, and Probability as well as a wide variety of interdisciplinary research projects and industrial collaborations.
These activities are supported by the Centre for Doctoral Training in Statistical Applied Mathematics at Bath (SAMBa), which has an annual intake of 10-15 research students.
Please apply online at https : / / www.bath.ac.uk / jobs / CC6245
