  • With Executive Vice President, drive the communication about and evolution of the Talent Community strategy / visionManage and inspire the change associated with moving from a departmental / role only focus to a broader One Bain investment to drive more accelerated learning / affiliation at scalePrepare and deliver Talent Communities introduction and marketing materials for all levels of the organization to drive excitement and adoption
  • Lead the implementation of new communitiesProgram manage individual Talent Community efforts across planning, implementation, ensuring momentum and continuous improvementOnboard, advise, train and inspire community senior leadership;
  • team with them to recruit, train and deploy their community task force’ (community champions, content curators, event planners and social influencers) to deliver a vibrant and valuable experience for community membersDesign and facilitate high impact, results-oriented connections, e.

    g., community leadership updates / decision-making efforts, co-creation and training sessionsOversee the development of community communications, e.

    g., welcome / ongoing marketing communications, newslettersAnalyze community feedback and engagement metrics to reinforce or adjust approach as necessary

  • Team with TSG experts (Collaboration and developers / engineers) to Enhance digital platform functionality and ensure a high caliber user experience Develop and provide training vehicles to leaders, curators, planners and members as needed
  • Periodically conduct needs assessments (e.g., digital platform functionality, community engagement, communication efforts) and adjust as necessaryUnderstand and advocate for the needs of our communities and their members while balancing / prioritizing resourcing requirements (from communities, TSG, Global Talent Management) and making related recommendations / trade-offs
  • Longer term manage 1-2 Product Owners
  • Other responsibilities as situation requires or time permits

  • Required Bachelor’s degree in related field and / or substantive directly transferable work experience
  • 10-15 years related experience
  • Successful experience in a professional services environment
  • Credible senior level advisor
  • Business, technical and analytic acumen / interest
  • Ability to work in an evolving environment, defining a vision and teaming with others to bring that vision to life
  • Creative and big-picture thinker, yet execution focused
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement / management, teaming, project management, networking and collaboration skills, ideally across functions, levels and geographies
  • Successful experience managing and inspiring others in a project environment

  • Collaborative someone who knows how to work with and through others to drive results and make change happen, as well is customer service orientated
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and productive - someone who knows how to prioritize what needs to be done and rallies colleagues to get things accomplished;
  • roll up the sleeves type of attitude

  • Motivational and compelling in oral and written communication skills; engaging and concise with interpersonal presence ;
  • adaptable across Bain audiences
