My duties

  • Provide operational support to Finance end users for daily functional activities
  • Analyse end users’ needs and requests, identify / recommend solutions using system standards and best practices within the global policies in place
  • Lead efforts with IT and other department to resolve cross-functional system issues and to define / develop future business requirements for any new system enhancement or process
  • Monitor, track, resolve and escalate as appropriate system / application issues reported by end users
  • Evaluate metrics and processes to recommend productivity and efficiency improvements / enhancements while maintaining quality and fulfilling statutory & legal requirements
  • Create and develop user requirements, functional specifications and test plans
  • Lead conduct integration and user acceptance testing, provide guidance on new process
  • Create and maintain training documentation for business processes
  • Provide operational and business system training to end users
  • Develop, document and implement best practices for business processes
  • My qualifications

  • Formal IT qualification; University degree or Brevet in accounting is a plus
  • Profound experience in a multinational environment
  • Full mastery of ERP business system SAP
  • Able to quickly handle / embrace, with high independency levels, all accounting and administrative activities
  • Open minded to an international, growing, fast changing environment
  • Ability to communicate at highest level of management (French & English)
  • Multi-cultural and absolutely fluent in English and French, knowledge of one other European language (such as German) would be a plus
