Responsible for the entire life cycle of a commercial population of approximately 150 employees
Management of recruitment from A-Z
Management of all HR data through SAP
Accompany of line managers for all areas of HR issues
Internal HR communication
HR projects as necessary
Profound experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of Swiss labour law
Trilingual French, German and English an absolute must
Must be comfortable with tools and systems, SAP a plus
Prior experience with a complex matrix organisation with several reporting lines
Exposure to an industrial environment a strong advantage
Excellent relationship building skills with a strong capacity for liaising with different departments
Flexible, open nature with the ability to adapt to the population in question
