The Bern site, with its approx. 400 people of over 25 nationalities, acts as a center of expertise for development and manufacturing of innovative cell based viral- and bacterial vaccines and bacterial based therapeutic products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and reporting of activities related to market authorizations preparations, inspections / audits preparations
  • Data collections for audits / inspections / market authorizations preparations
  • Issuing meeting minutes
  • Creation of quality investigations in ETS tracking system
  • Drafting GMP documents in relation with Audit process e.g. audit report, audit program
  • Report updates and progress of Inspection Management and deliverables statuses to Sr Specialist
  • Functie-eisen

    Who we are looking for

  • Vocational education in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Administrative work experience in a regulated environment
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office Package
  • Excellent teamwork and customer-oriented personality
  • Ability to work in different cultural environments
  • Verbal and written skills in German and English
