Working as part of the Market & Consumer Research RRP (Reduced Risk Products) of Philip Morris International Management SA in Lausanne, Switzerland, you are responsible for quantitative analysis and reporting support for the global SEO team.

This challenging yet rewarding role will measure search engine visibility, online market share and search engine optimization’s contribution towards commercializing reduced risk products online and moving PMI towards a smoke-free future.

Specific responsibilities :

  • Responsible for assessingreporting SEO performance by quantifying the business value of SEO projects and provide forecasts of expected results
  • Stay in tune with the Google Algorithm updates and competitor activity that could be influencing SEO performance
  • Deep dive into market factors contributing to SEO issues and presentations andor case studies that can be later used to influence market resources to fix issues on the search engine results pages (SERPs).
  • Manage Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools on PMI websites.
  • Identify data sources and coordinate with CRM and Market & Consumer Research teams to collect, store and visualize SEO data through dashboards and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Monitor Google Tag Manager to make sure it is configured properly so Paid activities and tests do not compromise Google Analytics reporting and underreport SEO performance
  • Train marketing and other colleagues on how to use Google Analytics
  • Inspire colleagues to adopt measurement best practices and an analytics driven approach Requirements :
  • A passion for data, analytics and SEO
  • Strong experience in a data and analytics focused role, supporting an enterprise-level SEO teams would be a plus
  • Familiar with SEO, data and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, DeepCrawl, Botify, BrightEdge, Searchmetrics andor Conductor, ideally certified in Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with front-end development, such as HTML, JavaScript, etc.
  • Ability to work with complex data sets and combine data from multiple sources into coherent analytics product
  • Microsoft Excel and Power Point expertise required
  • SQL knowledge a must, Tableau, Hadoop, R skills a plus
  • Masters or Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Behavioral Science is preferred Philip Morris International :
