A dynamic position as Client Service Advisor within our Ship Finance team where you contribute in an international working environment with experienced and highly motivated specialists
The main focus of this role is the administrative management of a loan portfolio in the ship finance sector including its monitoring as well as risk-
related and compliance issues but also collection of required documentation
You perform Due Diligence in respect of credit, KYC, AML and reputational aspects as part of the onboarding process of new clients and periodic reviews of the existing ones
You also have the possibility to collaborate with clients and lawyers when reviewing a variety of loan documents
You take over the responsibility for credit operations and loan closings and ensure a compliant process of all relevant conditions
You assist and support Key Account Managers in the preparation of credit applications for the attention of the credit decision authority and periodically evaluate existing loans
You ensure at all times that all credit related data are updated and correct in the respective internal database systems.

Banking apprenticeship with further education such as FH or equivalent education; business administration or law is a plus
Prior experience in the international (asset) finance segment is an advantage

functionally in order to arrive at the best way forward for our team
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications, proficiency in Excel
You demonstrate high sense of responsibility, pro-activeness and ownership
You show high perception and interpersonal skills as well as discretion and affinity to client contact
You are able to build trusting and positive relationships with a wide range of colleagues and to create a network with senior business partners
Fluency in English, with good German skills being an advantage
