Contribute to the development of the overall approach for IT services and delivery for MA&D from due diligence to completion of the MA&D activities
Analyze MA&D requests assigned to you by the IT MA&D Manager, propose in a timely manner to-the point, fact-based inputs (multiple options if appropriate) and support the business decision-making
Contribute and help safeguard reusable approaches, guidelines, methods, etc. based on lessons learned from previous MA&D and from external best-
in class practices. Apply these as services for due diligence or for later stages of the M&A to speed up and ease the work with the corporate MA&D team
Help the business teams to understand IT constraints and opportunities, packaging L&T and communications material as appropriate
Lead one or more value delivery IT projects within the agreed MA&D business time frames, focused on agreed major outcomes that meet the (business) goals and objectives, their progress compared with the plan
Be responsible for status reports of assigned Projects, and coordinate value delivery schedules or plans adjustments as required
Perform Risk and Issue management on the assigned Projects
Proactively monitor dependencies with other IT Programs / Projects with potential interference with the MA&D Projects assigned to you
Engage under confidentiality with multi-functional stakeholders related to the Business Requests and Projects assigned to you
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance or Computer Science or related field
10+ years of experience in IT and business / industry, including 5+ years of leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs
Previous years of MA&D experience with large global companies
Experience with one or more agile program management methodologies (such as Agile, Lean Start-up, KANBAN or SaFe) and across a range of project types
Proficiency and experience in change management best practices and frameworks
Solid business and MA&D understanding and market awareness, including financial modeling and forecasting capabilities
Proven ability to process and analyze financial data, people data and technical information & taking ownership and successfully delivering result in a fast-
paced, dynamic environment
Convey complex and technical issues to diverse audiences. Ability to interface effectively with employees and IT customers and external parties of all levels
Above-average facilitation and persuasion skills, especially when encouraging collaboration and focus on results, and evangelizing people to get behind the MA&D vision
Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
