Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive for our organization. You will be providing technical support, advice and assistance to the customers.

Generally deals with customers directly and must effectively communicate answers in a way they can understand.

As a Technical support specialists you must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Having interpersonal skills allows technical support specialists to communicate with customers and solve technical-

related problems quickly and efficiently.This is an opportunity to work closely with International customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide client support and technical issues resolution through phone or email.
  • Should possess good telephonic and email etiquette's.
  • Must be comfortable working in Night Shift.
  • Enthusiastic and should be a quick learner.
  • Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Required good communication skills.
  • Basic Knowledge of Web development Including -HTML, CSS, Web API's
  • Knowledge of Live Chat, Calls
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Collaborate with other team members.
  • Candidates from International BPO / Technical Support would be an Added Advantage.
