Job Description : Our client’s project End User Services is looking for Unified Communications expert with experience in cloud technologies to design, engineer, deploy and support of internal chat platform.
This candidate will be working in a DevOps capacity straddling both Engineering and Operations of the system. Responsibilites will include :
Troubleshoot to best of his knowledge and if 3rd level troubleshooting is replenished, engage other support teams for help.
Utilize all possible contact channels (IM, phone, email) to seek incident resolution. Maintain pro-active approach to resolve End Users issue.
