Ultimately, by delivering our smoke-free future, your work could change the lives of a billion smokers. Your 'day to day'As a Senior Technician Pilot Labs, you will be accountable for handmade sticks manufacturing for Reduced Risk Product (RRP) platforms and conventional cigarettes.
You will also be responsible to run physical analyses on the manufactured consumables. You should be able to apply problem-solving techniques and suggest improvements for characterization methods, manufacturing practices, materials and / or equipment.
Your specific responsibilities will be to :
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and fulfill the different requests from consumable designer.
Manufacture handmade sticks for Reduced Risk Products platforms and conventional cigarettes.
Characterize handmade consumables with various techniques (RTD, Imaging, Thickness).
Adhere and follow the different QMS document apply to the Laboratory and to all EHS rules, policies and procedures.
Collect, generate, and review data. Actively apply knowledge management via data compilation, review and storage in line with Company (PDIMS), FDA or any other equivalent accreditation authority requirements.
Apply scientific / technical principles & practices. Who we're looking for :
CFC diploma in science or any equivalent field.
Seasoned experience in a similar role.
Ability to work with precision and thoroughness.
Proven ability to take appropriate action under limited supervision and with flexibility.
Fast learner, effective communicator, and solid interpersonal abilities.
Agile and great teammate with strong focus on problem solving strategies.
