As our future Ethics and Compliance Specialist for the EMEA region, you will act as an advisor on ethics & compliance issues involving the organization's government and regulatory compliance.
Let's talk about responsibilities :
Auditing, identifying and proactively raising potential non-compliance risks.
Drafting policies, processes to ensure compliance to regulatory statutes.
Advising teams in Europe on best approach
Drafting contracts with HCPs and HCOs
Ensuring the collection of data for Sunshine purpose and loading ResMed data in different systems
Training people when needed
Maintaining a compliance watch of laws, industry codes in EMEA
Let's talk about qualifications and experience :
5 years of experience in ethics & compliance departments in MD or pharma
Fluent in English
Second language preferred
Reactivity
Manage priorities
Proactivity
Applies functional knowledge and existing methodologies to solve complex problems or execute specialized projects.
Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments
Knowledge in national legislations and industry codes
